Savoy Hotel Manila recently hosted “A Vlogger’s Table,” an exclusive luncheon for content creators and vloggers. Designed to deliver an immersive, first-hand experience, the event introduced guests to a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by the comforting flavors Filipinos crave when the rain begins to fall.
A Menu Built for the Weather
During the tasting, guests enjoyed four distinct warm noodle soup creations from Savoy Café. First, the menu highlighted local favorites like the Sampaguita Smoked Chicken Mami and the savory Pork La Paz Batchoy.
In addition to these Filipino staples, the café served international comfort bowls, featuring rich Beef Sukiyaki as well as a hearty Vegetarian Ramen.
Alongside the soups, the hotel showcased its Sizzling Claypot Favorites, each served piping hot straight from the claypot to lock in rich flavors and comforting warmth. The lineup featured classic savory comfort dishes such as Sampaguita Pork Adobo topped with Adobo Flakes, Soy-Glazed Chicken with Mushroom, and Beef with Ampalaya.
Rounding out the selection, guests were also treated to zesty Fish Fillet with Orange Sauce as well as a plant-forward Tofu & Eggplant Stir-Fry.
Beyond the Dining Experience
Rather than simply sampling the food, guests actively captured photo and video content for their social media channels, traded personal stories, and debated their favorite dishes.
