Captivates audiences with her remarkable vocals, engaging personality, and dynamic stage presence, backed by her experience in television, hosting, and pageantry. Serving as the centerpiece of the course was a lavish skewer platter showcasing bold, diverse flavor profiles. Tender lamb shoulder with Szechuan chimichurri and mint yogurt. Savory pork balanced by fish sauce caramel, pickled jicama, and cured egg. Juicy kombu chicken brightened with lemon aioli and togarashi. And umbilical, earthy king oyster mushrooms glazed in sweet tare, miso aioli, and pickled ginger. Tying the entire evening together, every dish prominently featured the rare, artisanal Filipino sea salt, Asin Tibuok.
