Many Filipino workers build financial stability through consistent action. They stay active in programs, use available services, and plan for long-term goals. As the year ended, Pag-IBIG Fund highlighted this kind of participation through its year-end raffle draws across savings and loan programs.
Recognizing Active Participation
On December 16, Pag-IBIG Fund held the year-end grand draws for two nationwide initiatives: the One-Plus-One Raffle Promo and the Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) Loan-to-Win Raffle Promo. The draws awarded cash prizes of up to ₱500,000. Winners came from different sectors, including overseas Filipino workers and members of the informal economy.
Pag-IBIG Fund launched these initiatives to expand membership, promote responsible borrowing, and strengthen engagement with programs that support saving, essential expenses, and home ownership.
Expanding Membership Access
Pag-IBIG Fund launched the One-Plus-One Raffle Promo in January. The program encouraged active members to invite non-members to register or inactive members to reactivate their accounts. These members, called “PagIBIGfluencers,” helped bring more workers into Pag-IBIG Fund’s savings and housing programs.
Earlier raffle draws throughout the year already produced winners among both PagIBIGfluencers and their referred “plus ones.” The year-end grand draw completed the program.
Supporting Responsible Borrowing
Pag-IBIG Fund began the MPL Loan-to-Win Raffle Promo in February. The promo focused on members who availed themselves of the Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan. Many members use this short-term cash loan for medical bills, education costs, small business capital, and household needs.
Each approved loan earned one raffle entry. Pag-IBIG Fund gave additional entries to first-time borrowers, members who applied online through Virtual Pag-IBIG, and those who borrowed more than ₱50,000. This structure encouraged both accessibility and digital participation.
Year-End Draw Results
The One-Plus-One promo produced three winning pairs during the year-end draw. One pair received ₱500,000 each. Another received ₱250,000 each. A third received ₱100,000 each. The draw also named 60 consolation prize winners who received ₱10,000.
The MPL Loan-to-Win draw named 24 major winners. Four received ₱50,000. Four received ₱40,000. Sixteen received ₱30,000. Another 80 borrowers received ₱10,000 consolation prizes.
For winners, the cash prizes can help cover immediate needs, build savings, or support household plans—providing timely financial flexibility at year’s end.
Encouraging Long-Term Financial Habits
Pag-IBIG Fund said these initiatives help make its programs more accessible and engaging for Filipino workers. The agency aims to reinforce habits linked to saving, responsible borrowing, and long-term financial security.
Members can find full details on winners and prize-claiming procedures on the Pag-IBIG Fund website and official Facebook page.
