The program forms part of the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program, supporting the Marcos administration’s goal of a Bagong Pilipinas where every Filipino has a decent place to live.
Affordable Homes for Working Filipinos
The Pag-IBIG Fund Acquired Assets Super Sale offers over 30,000 foreclosed properties nationwide at reduced prices. Buyers can choose how to pay, with bigger discounts for faster payments.
For unoccupied properties, buyers can get 35% off for cash purchases, 25% off for 12-month installments, or 15% off through a Pag-IBIG housing loan. For occupied properties, discounts go up to 40% for cash, 30% for installment, and 20% for housing loans. Current occupants can also buy the homes they live in through direct sale with a 10% discount.
According to Secretary Aliling, the goal is simple—to give ordinary workers a fair chance at stability. “For us, this forms part of a wider commitment to help build better, more dignified lives for our fellow Filipinos,” he said.
Easier, More Transparent Process
The Super Sale is fully digital. Members can browse listings, register, and submit bids through the online auction portal. No long lines, no brokers—just clear steps to ownership.
Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene C. Acosta said the new digital system made participation easier and more transparent. She explained that the Fund is offering its highest-ever discounts while providing a secure and user-friendly platform that allows more members to join. Nearly 30,000 individuals registered for a Buyer ID in one month, bringing the total to 108,643. For Acosta, the surge shows how eager Filipinos are to seize this opportunity to become homeowners.
New properties are posted weekly until December 14, 2025, giving buyers more time to look, plan, and decide.
A Chance to Finally Stay
For those already living in Pag-IBIG-acquired homes, the Super Sale offers peace of mind. They can now purchase the homes they have long cared for and finally gain legal ownership. Acosta encouraged them to take advantage of the offer, noting that Invitations to Purchase or Lease are being issued to help occupants secure their tenure and gain peace of mind, knowing they have a home to call their own.
Marites, a 46-year-old factory worker in Cavite, joined the auction to buy the small duplex she rents. “I just want a place no one can take away,” she said. “Even if it’s small, basta akin.”

Interested buyers can visit the Pag-IBIG Online Public Auction Portal to register and view listings. Bidding is open to all Pag-IBIG members nationwide. New batches of properties will be posted every week until December.
