IVOS is making major waves once again. With band members Unique Salonga, Zild Benitez, Blaster Silonga, and Badjao de Castro. Following their reunion in late 2025, the band has returned with massive momentum, record-breaking numbers, and a renewed creative spark. Now, they are sharing a deeply personal piece of their journey with fans worldwide.
Truth Hurts With “Isang Pag-Ibig”
IV OF SPADES gets emotionally candid in their newest release, “Isang Pag-ibig,” out now via Sony Music Entertainment. Love isn’t promised with IV Of Spades’ new single. In fact, the band delivers an emotionally candid track about seeking genuine connection and learning that sincerity does not always promise love in return.
The track explores a painful truth: giving everything you have may not be enough to make someone love you back. Sonically, the song embraces a no-frills approach. It relies on jangly guitars, a simple three-chord progression, and a straightforward four-piece band arrangement. As a result, its loose, immediate feel lets the heartfelt message come through clearly.
IVOS On A Comeback Streak
Meanwhile, this release arrives during an extraordinary career high for the group. In addition to breaking streaming records, their resurgence sparked renewed interest in their earlier work, “Kabisado.”
You know it’s everywhere. The track has earned nearly 80 million streams on Spotify alone. Furthermore, it peaked inside the top 10 of the Spotify Philippines Daily Chart and reached No. 6 on the Billboard Philippines Hot 100. Consequently, their triumphant return has earned multiple award nominations. These include two People’s Choice nods at the Filipino Music Awards 2026 and several nominations at the 39th Awit Awards.
Andalucia Tour 2026: International Stops
Looking ahead, the group is expanding its reach far beyond Manila.
They recently wrapped up their Andalucia Tour 2026 with stops in Davao City, Santa Rosa, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu City, and Baguio. Next, they will head to North America in October for confirmed performances in the USA and Canada.
Interestingly, “Isang Pag-ibig” was written nearly a decade ago at the very start of their story.
Today, it turns back the clock without simply reverting backwards, fitting seamlessly into this new era. Ultimately, IV OF SPADES’ “Isang Pag-ibig” is out now on all digital streaming platforms worldwide via Sony Music Entertainment. The music video is also out now on IV OF SPADES’ YouTube channel—go watch it!’
