This October 8, 9, and 10, Solaire Resort Entertainment City, together with the German Club Manila, brings the spirit of Munich’s famous Wiesn to the Solaire Grand Ballroom for an authentic Oktoberfest experience.
For three nights, the ballroom transforms into a lively Bavarian beer hall, complete with communal tables, traditional music, hearty German dishes, and unlimited Hofbräu München beer flown in from Munich. Guests can expect a spread of Bavarian classics, beginning with freshly baked Laugenbrezel, or Bavarian pretzels, alongside Wiesen Jause, a selection of German cold cuts and cheeses.
The feast continues with hearty meats and traditional sausages, including Frankfurter and Weisswurst, paired with classic German accompaniments such as Krautsalat. Other selections include German-style smoked salmon, or Raucherlachs, and freshly baked goods.
And because every good feast deserves a sweet ending, expect warm Apfelstrudel and Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte, better known as Black Forest cake.
Steins, Songs, And A Little More Energy
Then, there is the beer. Hofbräu München brings the taste of one of Munich’s best-known breweries to Manila, with unlimited pours complementing the evening’s Bavarian spread.
Meanwhile, Bavarian Sound Express keeps the ballroom moving with an energetic repertoire inspired by the sounds of Oktoberfest. As the night progresses, expect plenty of singing, dancing, raised steins, and the occasional enthusiastic Prost! across the room.
