Serves to 3 to 4.

INGREDIENTS:


Set A:

  • 700 grams chicken thigh or leg fillets 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated 
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons calamansi juice 
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch 

Set B:

  • Pandan leaves, as needed
  • Toothpicks, as needed to secure the pandan and chicken

 Set C:

  • Cooking oil, for deep-frying
