Today, Gainer8 is building its place in the motorcycle tuning industry, combining specialized equipment, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the motorcycle community. Behind the brand is Jordan “KaBro” Narce, an entrepreneur whose journey from selling small items as a grade school student to running a motorcycle tuning business reflects the value of resourcefulness, persistence, and passion.

But Gainer8’s story did not begin with a dynamometer or a business expansion plan. Long before Narce entered motorcycle tuning, he was already learning how to turn small opportunities into something valuable. As a young boy, he sold plastic bags at the local market and traded text pogs with classmates, saving enough to buy his first BMX bike.
“Hindi ako marunong mangarap,” Narce reflects. “Parang dumadaan lang sa pag-iisip ko ’yung ginagawa ko.”
For Narce, entrepreneurship was never about following a grand blueprint. Instead, it grew from making the most of what he had, recognizing opportunities, and figuring things out along the way.
From Product Distribution to ECU Tuning
Narce’s first major business venture was motorcycle product distribution. He started with just 10 bottles of tire sealant, sold his initial stock, and reinvested his earnings. Through persistence, he gradually expanded his supply network across the Philippines.

Over time, his business grew to include motorcycle shops, detailing products, warehouse operations, and related ventures. However, rapid expansion also brought significant setbacks. Unpaid client debts, ghost accounts, and financial losses eventually forced him to close his warehouses and liquidate several shops.
“Challenge ang walang nagtitiwala,” he recalls.
That difficult period became a turning point. Moving away from product distribution, Narce shifted his focus to motorcycle electronic control unit (ECU) tuning, laying the foundation for his flagship brand, Gainer8.
He invested in professional equipment, including a dynamometer in 2023, and continued developing his technical expertise. He also learned to use ECU remapping tools across Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines, strengthening his knowledge of motorcycle performance tuning.
Building Gainer8 Around Passion

Today, Narce operates Gainer8 as a specialized motorcycle tuning center, with an active branch in Antipolo and plans to expand through strategic partnerships and new locations.
For him, the business goes beyond dynamometers and technical mapping. Although he has explored other business ventures over the years, his connection to the motorcycle industry remains strong.
“Although may iba ’kong negosyo, my passion and my happiness is about the motorcycle industry,” he shares. “Kahit sabi mo, medyo maliit, hindi ganun kalaki ’yung kita, pero ’yung passion kasi ’yung pinag-uusapan.”
His perspective reflects a belief that passion can sustain an entrepreneur through challenges, even when financial returns are modest. By staying connected to the community and the work he genuinely enjoys, Narce continues to find opportunities to grow Gainer8.
Finding a Higher Purpose in Business

Narce’s experiences have also reshaped his approach to entrepreneurship. Having learned firsthand the risks of expanding too quickly without a stable foundation, he now places greater value on sustainability, meaningful work, and the people who help keep his business running.
“We’re doing this, not for the money, not for the people. We’re doing this to glorify God,” he says.
For Narce, success is no longer measured by profit alone. It also means creating opportunities, providing stable livelihoods for his team, and finding a deeper purpose in his everyday work.
From earning money as a young boy to buy his first BMX to building Gainer8 into a motorcycle tuning brand, Narce’s journey reflects the value of resourcefulness, resilience, and a willingness to start small.
His story is a reminder that entrepreneurship does not always begin with a detailed plan or a grand ambition. Sometimes, it starts with making the most of what you have, learning from every setback, and staying committed to the work that matters most.
