Celebrate 12 years of world-class hospitality, indulgence

Solaire Resort Entertainment City marks its 12th anniversary with an extraordinary celebration, bringing world-renowned chefs to showcase their culinary artistry.

From Feb. 28 to March 16, every Friday to Sunday, guests can indulge in exclusive dining experiences led by Michelin-starred chefs, each offering a signature take on fine cuisine. Hosted across Solaire’s premier restaurants — Yakumi, Waterside, and Finestra — the celebration promises an unforgettable gastronomic journey.

 The festivities begin at Yakumi with Chef Jun Yukimura, owner of the acclaimed three-Michelin-starred Azabu Yukimura in Tokyo. Known for his mastery of Kyoto cuisine, Chef Yukimura presents a meticulously crafted nine-course kaiseki dinner, enhanced by premium sake pairings and signature cocktails by award-winning mixologist Shingo Gokan. Guests can look forward to standout creations such as Hokkaido uni with Ise lobster jelly, cold soba noodles with bottarga powder, and wagyu shabu-shabu with sansho pepper flower.

 The following week, Waterside takes center stage with Chef Sun Kim of Singapore’s two-Michelin-starred Meta. Famed for his modern, ingredient-driven cuisine with Korean influences, Chef Kim curates a six-course tasting menu that seamlessly blends East and West. To complement the experience, tea master He Jia presents expertly paired tea infusions. Signature dishes include abalone juk, aji with radish, bamboo shoot with seaweed, bibimyeon, KBBQ, and rock fish.

Rounding out the celebration, Finestra welcomes legendary Chef Heinz Beck, a name synonymous with haute cuisine. The visionary behind La Pergola in Rome — one of the world’s most distinguished three-Michelin-starred restaurants — Chef Beck brings his signature Mediterranean flavors to Solaire. Guests can delight in an exquisite six-course dinner featuring creations such as marinated amberjack with celeriac in seawater and oxidized chocolate, scampo with sweet peppers and green gazpacho, sedanini with red prawn and smoked aubergine coulis, pumpkin risotto with amaretti, pistachio-crusted veal, and a red fruit ice sphere with tea cream and crystallized raspberries.

“For the past three years, we’ve had the privilege of hosting some of the world’s most celebrated chefs for our anniversary. More than just exceptional dining, this experience brings Michelin-starred talent closer to our guests, allowing them to witness firsthand the creativity and craftsmanship behind every dish,” said Sebastian Kellerhoff, vice president for culinary at Solaire Resort.

To make the occasion even more memorable, Solaire is offering an exclusive 50 percent discount on any suite stay, inclusive of breakfast for two at Fresh, throughout March. Guests booking a deluxe room from March 14 to 16 can enjoy a special rate of P12,000 nett, including breakfast for two. Stay dates are valid from April 1 to Nov. 30, 2025.
