Some of the best recipes come from the most ordinary places, and Chef Tatung’s Repolyo con Hipon is one of them. A ginisang gulay that traces back to childhood, to vegetables that were just there, eaten without ceremony and remembered anyway.
Cabbage and shrimp don’t sound like much on paper, but this is the kind of dish that earns its place at the table every time.
The vegetables are simple, the method is straightforward, and MAGGI Magic Sarap does what it’s always done in Filipino home kitchens: bringing that familiar, rounded depth that makes honest food taste even more like itself.
