This classic Mexican dish is flavorful, healthy and easy to do. Just prepare all the ingredients and you’ll have a delicious meal in just a few minutes!

Serves 3 to 4.

INGREDIENTS:


For the Chicken Fajitas:

Set A: 

  • 350 grams (3 pieces) skinless chicken breast or thigh fillets 
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce ­­
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

 Set B: 

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter 
  • 1 piece white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 piece red bell pepper, thinly sliced 
  • 1 piece green bell pepper, thinly sliced 
  • 1 piece lime or lemon

Set C (For the Sour Cream): 

  • 1 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Lemon juice and zest (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 

 Chef Tatung’s Tips: 

  • Use a stainless steel pan if you don’t have a skillet at home.
  • Slice your chicken breast into thin parts to achieve juiciness.
  • You can use chicken tenders to save time.
  • Instead of chicken, you can substitute it with steak, tofu or mushrooms.
