Over October is tuning their mics up for a massive and kind-of-farewell-to-band member show.
In fact, they will host the biggest concert of their career so far. Set in the New Frontier Theater on October 4, 2026. This show isn’t just a celebration of an incredible twelve-year run. Instead, it will be a deeply emotional night. Specifically, it serves as a heartfelt farewell to their drummer, Janessa “Janae” Geronimo.

Recently, they had back-to-back sold-out nights at the Music Museum. Plus, they rocked a huge 2025 anniversary gig at MOA Sky. However, this upcoming New Frontier Theater show marks a major ending.
It is the final time we will see the original five-member lineup perform. After this, they will enter a brand new era. Naturally, it is a lot to process. As the Ikot band admits,
For better or for worse, Janessa’s departure is something we will all have to come to terms with. We’re all, for the most part, excited for both Over October’s and Janessa’s respective new chapters. But of course, we also feel that a good thing is about to come to an end.”

When the dread of Janessa’s departure and the nerves about how the band will move forward become too overwhelming, we just try to remind ourselves that our working relationships might come to an end soon, but our friendship will always be there.
Creatively, there will be adjustments and changes, but honestly, we’re still feeling it out.”
However, Over October can confidently say that they’re still focused on giving the best shows these coming months and in the concert.
