CHICKEN SOTANGHON SOUP

A very comforting and delicious soup to warm our stomach. This Chicken Sotanghon Soup is very easy, you can prepare this anytime. 

Serves 7 to 8. 

Ingredients:


Set A:

  • 300 grams chicken breast 
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 piece onion, sliced  

 Set B:

  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 piece carrot, sliced thinly
  • 1 stalk celery, cut diagonally
  • 2 pieces shiitake mushrooms
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 8 pieces squid ball, sliced

Set C (Seasoning):

  • ¼ kilogram sotanghon noodles
  • 1 head small Bok choy
  • 1 stalk Spring onions
  • Fish sauce, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Chef Tatung’s Tip:

  • A drizzle of sesame oil at the end will make it more appetizing.
