Muli: An OPM Musical is an intimate, heartfelt look at love, loss, and the lingering ache of unfulfilled dreams. Set against a rich musical and visual journey through the ’90s and early 2000s, the story unpacks the universal pull of “what-ifs” and asks what it truly takes to open up to second chances.

Bringing this deeply relatable narrative to life are executive producer and writer Charissa Pammit alongside stage director Andrei Pamintuan—the creative minds who altered the landscape of contemporary Philippine theater with the critically acclaimed hit Sa Wakas over a decade ago.

Top Hitmakers Behind the Soundtrack

Pammit co-wrote the book and lyrics with close friend and PeopleAsia Editor-in-Chief Jose Paolo dela Cruz, pairing the emotional script with music from today’s most sought-after creators.

Hitmaker Nica del Rosario, known for chart-toppers like “Tala” and “Rosas,” joins forces with composer and musical director Matthew Chang to write and produce a suite of original tracks. Both are Gawad Buhay awardees for their work on Gregoria.

They are backed by FLIPMUSIC, the production powerhouse responsible for Sarah Geronimo’s “Tala” and BINI’s runaway viral hits “Pantropiko,” “Salamin, Salamin,” and “Karera.”

A Powerhouse Cast of Theater Icons and OPM Stars

Leading the production on stage is Gawad Urian and Philstage Gawad Buhay award-winning actress Kakki Teodoro, beloved for her standout work in Isang Himala and Every Brilliant Thing.

From the creators who wrecked our hearts with Sa Wakas, comes a story about the “what-ifs” we never really left behind.

Sharing center stage in her theatrical debut is rising OPM star and “OST Princess” Janine Teñoso, the chart-topping voice behind smash hits like “Tingin” and “Pelikula,” who plays Teodoro’s daughter.

From the brilliant minds behind Sa Wakas, Muli: An OPM Musical is set to hit all the right emotional chords.

They are joined by a powerhouse ensemble including theater veterans Vien King, Marvin Ong, Justine Peña, and Marynor Madamesila, alongside popular content creator and Dog Show Diva host Baus Rufo in his first professional theater role.
