The modern traveler expects more than just a comfortable bed at the end of the day. As tourism rebounds across the Philippines, transportation has become a core element of the overall journey. To meet this evolving demand, Green GSM Philippines and Global Comfort Group—one of the nation’s premier hospitality networks—have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to merge green mobility with everyday accommodation.
A Shared Vision for Sustainable Journeys
Under this strategic partnership, both organizations will collaborate on integrated solutions designed to elevate the guest experience and build brand visibility. The potential collaboration spans corporate travel solutions, guest transit, loyalty initiatives, and joint marketing campaigns.
Global Comfort Group oversees a wide range of hotel brands, including Hotel Sogo, Eurotel, Astrotel, Dormtel, Hotel DreamWorld, and Apo View Hotel. Through the new agreement, guests at these properties will gain access to Green GSM’s all-electric taxi fleet. This integration makes airport transfers, city tours, and everyday commutes more convenient while encouraging eco-friendly transit.
To expand its reach, Green GSM operates a growing fleet of smart VinFast electric vehicles and is preparing to introduce its premium Limo Green model to meet diverse traveler needs.

Industry Leaders on the Future of Travel
Christian Emmanuel Bona, Corporate Marketing Head of Global Comfort Group Corporation, emphasized the importance of holistic travel. Noting that core hospitality goes beyond basic accommodations;
For us, travel is not just about reaching a destination, it is about feeling safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the journey.”
He further explained how the partnership aims to empower local travelers:
Through our collaboration with Green GSM, we hope to make domestic travel easier and greener, allowing more Filipinos to explore the beauty of our country with confidence and peace of mind.”
Ultimately, Bona sees the initiative as a way to benefit both people and places:
By bringing together comfortable stays and sustainable transportation, we are helping create a better way to travel, one that cares for both our guests and the destinations they visit.”

Elevating Clean Mobility
Echoing this vision, Le Thi Thu Trang, Chief Executive Officer of Green GSM Philippines, highlighted the seamless integration of hospitality and clean transit;
Partnering with Global Comfort Group enables Green GSM to integrate quality accommodation with modern, smart, and sustainable transportation solutions, creating a more seamless and enjoyable travel experience.”
Looking to the future, Trang outlined how fleet expansions will help normalize eco-friendly choices:
As we continue expanding our all-electric fleet, including the upcoming introduction of Limo Green, we remain committed to offering customers more high-quality mobility choices while making green transportation an increasingly familiar part of everyday travel for both residents and visitors.”
Paving the Way for Greener Tourism
While the MoU marks an initial step, both companies share a long-term goal to transform the travel ecosystem. Looking ahead, Green GSM aims to build additional alliances with trusted organizations across the region, accelerating the adoption of sustainable transportation throughout the Philippines and the broader ASEAN market.
