On July 22, 2026, Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA took a major leap forward by signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Green GSM. As the country’s first all-electric taxi service, Green GSM operates a zero-emission fleet powered by VinFast, making every trip smarter and safer.
Highlighting the impact of this move, GCGC Representative Mr. Christian Bona noted in his welcoming remarks:
I am very happy that we’ll be able to launch and start our partnership. Because this one will be a transformative action, not only for hospitality but also to transportation”
Big Investment for Big Impact
Owned by Vingroup Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong, Green GSM is committing an initial US$500 million to drive this green transition.
In an interview with Velocity, Green GSM Philippines Managing Director Phi Dao explained that this funding covers more than just vehicles—it also funds driver training, charging stations, and depots. Furthermore, while starting with 500 battery electric vehicles in the National Capital Region, the company aims to roll out 15,000 EVs within two to three years.

Ultimately, Hotel DreamWorld believes true hospitality goes beyond offering a cozy room; it requires building a cleaner future.
Aligned under their motto to “Make Every Journey Better”, this partnership introduces key eco-friendly practices that protect the planet while enhancing guest stays. To top off the launch event, media members and attendees were each given a token worth ₱200 off their Green GSM ride straight from the venue.
