Designed to perform beautifully in airline ovens, combi ovens, impinger ovens, and air fryers. These pre-portioned mono packs make preparation effortless. Operators simply need to heat and serve the product. Enjoying consistent, golden perfection without the hassle of traditional frying equipment.

Because Snap Fries are specially engineered to maintain maximum crispiness across a wide variety of cooking methods. They offer an ideal solution for airlines, which have historically struggled to serve crispy fries onboard.

This performance is further enhanced by Lamb Weston’s invisible Stealth coating. Which provides an extended holding time yielding up to twenty minutes of long-lasting crispness. Additionally, these fries deliver strong cooking performance whether prepared in deep fryers for three minutes at 175°C (350°F) or in conventional ovens for fifteen to twenty minutes at 200°C.

The product is shelf-stable at ambient temperatures with a twelve-month shelf life. Ensuring perfect consistency every time. It is ready to serve in just ten seconds. Operators only need to remove the seal, add 135 milliliters of hot water, and stir.

Serving as a smart, fryer-free alternative or complement to traditional fries. The Original Mash Cup is ideal for expanding menus with a versatile, crowd-pleasing potato side dish or snack.
