Rockwell Land Corporation is expanding its homeownership offerings through a new partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund, giving Filipino workers and their families access to residential properties across different price points through affordable housing financing.

The collaboration comes ahead of the 2nd National Housing Expo, happening on October 19 and 20 at the SMX Convention Center Manila in Pasay City. Rockwell will join more than 80 property developers at the event, which aims to connect Filipino families with housing opportunities under the government’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (Expanded 4PH) Program.
More Homes for Different Budgets
Known for its premium residential developments, Rockwell is also bringing more affordable options to prospective homeowners.
The partnership initially covers Stonewell Acacia Homes and Stonewell Mahogany Homes in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, both accredited by Pag-IBIG Fund. Meanwhile, Stonewell Molave Homes in Lipa, Batangas, offers house-and-lot units starting at ₱950,000 and is undergoing accreditation.
Also undergoing accreditation are Terreno South, an upscale gated community in Lipa with lots priced from ₱4 million to ₱7 million, and Anahaw Homes in San Antonio, Quezon Province, where finished house-and-lot units start at ₱2 million.
Rockwell is likewise pursuing accreditation for several premium developments, including The Grove in Pasig, The Arton in Quezon City, Fordham and Larsen Towers in Sucat, Muntinlupa, and BenCab in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Making Home Financing More Accessible
Through the agreement, Rockwell will identify participating developments and available units, including ready-for-occupancy properties, and provide preferential pricing and other incentives to qualified Pag-IBIG members.
Pag-IBIG Fund, in turn, will offer housing financing, loan counseling, and assistance to help prospective buyers make informed decisions.
The agency offers housing loans of up to ₱10 million for qualified members. Promotional interest rates of 4.5% apply to loans above the socialized housing ceiling up to ₱4.9 million, while loans above ₱4.9 million up to ₱10 million carry a 5.75% rate. Both rates are fixed for the first three years and are available until December 31, 2026.
Find Your Next Home at the Expo
Rockwell President and COO Valerie L. Soliven welcomed the partnership, highlighting the company’s more than 30 years of experience in residential development and its goal of making the Rockwell experience accessible to more Filipino families.
Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene C. Acosta also encouraged homebuyers to visit the Expo, where thousands of housing units, special offers, and on-site housing loan assistance will be available.
For families planning their next big move, the event offers an opportunity to explore homes that match their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
