PAGCOR Retains ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Fourth Time

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) has successfully retained its ISO 9001:2015 certification for the fourth time following a three-day recertification audit conducted in December 2025. Inc., was formally received by PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro H. Tengco during a ceremony at the PAGCOR Corporate Office in Pasay City on April 16, 2026.

Tengco said during the awarding ceremony:

“This achievement reflects PAGCOR’s dedication to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all our operations.”

He added:

“To our teams in the Corporate Office and across all our branches, this achievement is for all of you. Maraming salamat sa inyong dedikasyon, sa inyong paghahanda, at sa sama-samang pagsisikap na naging susi sa tagumpay na ito.”

Audit Coverage Across 17 PAGCOR Sites

The surveillance audit, conducted from December 15 to 18, 2025, covered 17 operational sites nationwide, including the PAGCOR Corporate Office and multiple Casino Filipino branches such as Tagaytay, Angeles, Cebu, Bacolod, Olongapo, Ilocos Norte, Malabon Grand, and Grand Regal.

Additional branches included Binondo, Greenery, Manila Grand Opera, Kartini, Networld, Tropicana (Las Piñas), and Oriental Pearl, reflecting the breadth of PAGCOR’s regulated operations.

DQS noted strong compliance across audited sites, highlighting leadership direction, governance systems, regulatory adherence, and ongoing digital transformation efforts aimed at improving operational efficiency and supporting PAGCOR ISO 9001:2015 certification 2026 guidelines.
