Sometimes, a good meal is reason enough to return to a familiar place. For Hotel Sogo, that idea has inspired a new way for customers to enjoy its food, even without checking into a room.
Through a partnership with foodpanda, Hotel Sogo has made Sogo Food available for delivery, bringing its selection of comfort food closer to homes and workplaces. The collaboration officially launched on September 28, 2026, at Hotel Sogo Santolan.
According to the hotel, the idea came from recurring inquiries through its Communication Center. Guests wanted to know if they could order Sogo Food for delivery. By listening to these requests, the brand found an opportunity to serve customers beyond its properties.
Familiar Favorites, Delivered

The initial rollout covers six branches: LRT Monumento, EDSA Cubao, EDSA Guadalupe, Pasay Rotonda, Pasay Harrison, and Santolan.
Customers can look forward to familiar dishes, including pancit, crispy pata, half-fried chicken, clubhouse sandwiches, and pakbet. These selections offer different options for everyday meals, whether you’re grabbing lunch between meetings or sharing dinner with the family.
“We are offering very good food, packed and served the way it should be for a five-star hotel,” said Sue Geminiano, Hotel Sogo’s Corporate Marketing Head.
She also encouraged customers to discover the brand’s food through the delivery platform.
“Order now via foodpanda, so you can see and taste what Hotel Sogo’s good food is, even if you are not inside the hotel,” she added.
To order, customers can search for “Sogo Food” on the foodpanda app. Available outlets and menu selections may vary depending on the delivery location.
Making Meals More Accessible

The partnership also gives foodpanda another opportunity to connect customers with dining options in their communities.
“It’s such a convenience that the partnership with foodpanda allows the Sogo food experience to be shared outside the hotel,” said Chef Tatung, who attended the launch.
Meanwhile, foodpanda Sales Manager Andrew Hornshaw expressed optimism about the collaboration, saying, “We’re looking forward to a very long, fruitful and successful partnership, and to delivering happiness to the Filipino public.”
Hotel Sogo plans to expand Sogo Food delivery to all 52 branches nationwide before the end of 2026.
A New Way to Enjoy Sogo Food

The Santolan launch featured activities such as the Sogo Speed Order Challenge and the Sogo Sarap Social Passport, alongside a Fresh Picks Market Corner offering produce and grocery items.
Ultimately, the collaboration gives longtime customers another way to enjoy familiar favorites while introducing Sogo Food to those who have yet to try it.
Whether you’re at home or at work, your next Sogo Food meal is just a few taps away.
