Astrotel is making hotel stays more rewarding with the launch of its Galaxy Loyalty Card, a digital membership program that offers room discounts, redeemable points, and exclusive partner perks. Launched on September 29, 2026, the initiative also marked the formal introduction of Alagang Astrotel, the brand’s corporate social responsibility program supporting underserved communities.
A Galaxy of Rewards

The Galaxy Loyalty Card gives members access to up to 20% off eligible room rates and points they can redeem on future visits. Members earn one Galaxy Point for every ₱20 spent, with each point equivalent to ₱1 upon redemption, subject to program rules.
“For every 20 pesos spent, you will earn 1 Galaxy Point which is equivalent to P1 upon redemption,” explained Mariel Quinto, Astrotel’s Advertising and Promotions Manager. She added that 500 points, for example, could be redeemed for ₱500 on a future stay.
Beyond hotel discounts, members can enjoy selected meal offers, merchandise benefits, and exclusive promotions from participating branches and partner merchants.
“What makes the Galaxy Loyalty Program different is that it is not only about earning and redeeming points. We want our members to enjoy exclusive promotions and benefits from Astrotel and our partner merchants,” Quinto said.
Making Membership More Accessible

Astrotel introduced the program through an interactive Peel Off campaign, where participants removed stickers from a giant wall to reveal the Galaxy Loyalty Card image. Some stickers offered room discounts of up to 30%, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.
Registration requires a mobile number and other necessary personal information, followed by one-time password (OTP) verification. Astrotel also plans to expand its merchant network to bring members more benefits beyond hotel stays.
“We are open to more partners who want to join the Galaxy program so we can offer even more benefits to our members,” Quinto added.
Alagang Astrotel: Care Beyond Hotel Stays
Alongside the loyalty program, Astrotel formally introduced Alagang Astrotel, which aims to extend assistance to underserved communities nationwide, including areas without an Astrotel branch.
Corporate Marketing Head Sue Geminiano shared that Astrotel had been helping individuals and communities even before the COVID-19 pandemic. The formal initiative brings these efforts together, including assistance for people affected by calamities.
One of the beneficiaries presented was Nanay Marissa, a 59-year-old widow with nine children from Barangay Payatas, Quezon City.
Astrotel also encourages the public to nominate individuals who may need help by messaging its Facebook page. The team will document and assess nominations to better understand each applicant’s circumstances.
