Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort has appointed Nora Fajardo as its new commercial director, bringing extensive expertise in revenue strategy, sales, and market expansion.
In this role, she will lead the resort’s commercial operations, strengthen its position as a premier MICE and leisure destination, and drive strategic partnerships for long-term growth.
Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for the resort, which plans to double its room inventory by 2026 following the success of MICECon 2024. Under Fajardo’s leadership, Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort will refine its revenue and distribution strategies, expand its market presence, and attract high-value business from both domestic and international markets.
“Nora’s deep understanding of market dynamics and her ability to drive strategic growth will be instrumental as we expand our offerings and reinforce our leadership in Clark’s hospitality landscape,” said Denise Molintas, general manager of Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort.
“Her expertise will not only enhance our revenue performance but also strengthen our partnerships across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional value to guests and stakeholders alike,” Molintas added.
With two decades of experience at leading hospitality and travel brands, Fajardo will spearhead innovative commercial initiatives, new business development, and data-driven revenue strategies to propel Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort’s continued success.
