This Father’s Day weekend, skip the usual lunch out and head to Ayala Malls Feliz, where something hotter, bolder, and more delicious is in store.
From June 13 to 15, Fired Up: A Father’s Day Feast brings together a one-of-a-kind gathering of local flavor-makers, food lovers, and creative entrepreneurs in a three-day celebration that’s as heartwarming as it is tongue-tingling. Organized by the Philippine Hot Sauce Club, Sarap Pilipinas, Pitmasters Club of the Philippines, and MAD Elephant, in partnership with Ayala Malls Feliz, the event spotlights the best of Filipino-made heat, smoke, and spice.
But Fired Up isn’t just about hot sauces—it’s about craft, community, and celebrating the Filipino love for flavor: bold, layered, and made with care.
What to Expect: A Weekend of Spice, Flavor, and Surprises
Step inside Ayala Malls Feliz during Fired Up and you’ll be welcomed by a vibrant marketplace buzzing with energy and filled with proudly Filipino products. Dozens of booths will showcase a diverse selection of hot sauces, smoked meats, spice blends, pickled goods, and locally designed merchandise—all carefully crafted and ready to explore.
With over 30 vendors participating, the event is a feast for curious food lovers and passionate supporters of local business. You’ll discover everything from small-batch chili sauces to artisanal condiments and culinary lifestyle itemsthat reflect regional heritage, creativity, and flavor.
Whether you’re a heat-seeker, a proud foodie, or just looking for something fun to do with family, Fired Up promises a flavorful experience that’s as local as it is unforgettable.
A Celebration of Filipino Flavor and Community
At its heart, Fired Up is a showcase of Filipino ingenuity and passion for flavor. It’s a space where small-batch makers, independent brands, and enthusiastic supporters come together to share what they love. It’s not just about selling products—it’s about telling stories, building connections, and proudly promoting Filipino-made excellence.
About the Philippine Hot Sauce Club
Founded in December 2016, the Philippine Hot Sauce Club (PHSC) began as a grassroots community of chili growers and spice enthusiasts. Today, it stands as the country’s leading advocate for local chili products, helping elevate Filipino-made sauces and condiments through community events and creative showcases.
Whether you prefer your sauces zesty and mild or fiery and bold, PHSC believes there’s a bottle—and a story—for everyone.
