For music lovers, industry professionals, and cultural enthusiasts alike, All of the Noise 2026 offers more than just concerts—it is an immersive journey into the heart of Filipino and Asian music. Spanning three days across multiple venues in Metro Manila, the festival promises live performances, documentary premieres, and industry discussions designed to deepen appreciation for music as both art and cultural expression. Attending All of the Noise 2026 festival is not just entertainment; it is a chance to connect, learn, and witness the evolution of a thriving regional music scene.

“This year, we’ve expanded from two days to three to give attendees multiple entry points into the experience,” shares Mary Christine Galang, co-founder and creative director of The Rest Is Noise PH (TRIN). “Whether it’s discovering artists, joining conversations, or simply feeling the energy of the live performances, each day offers something unique and meaningful at All of the Noise 2026 festival.”

A Three-Day Celebration of Music

Returning for its fourth edition, All of the Noise 2026 will be held at Astbury Makati (April 17 and 19), Sari-Sari in Makati City (April 17 and 19), and 123 Block in Mandaluyong City (April 18). This year’s edition features more than twenty artists, including international acts from New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Taiwan, alongside homegrown talents from Cebu, Davao, Baguio, and Metro Manila. Performers include Phoebe Rings, Grrrl Gang, Arash Buana, Gavendri, Shye, Pines, Heng Jones, BP Valenzuela, Fitterkarma, SOS, and many more. Additionally, the All of the Noise 2026 festival welcomes industry leaders from Asia as speakers and panelists.

“The energy of the festival is palpable. It’s amazing to see artists from across Asia and the Philippines come together in one space,” says Elijah Canlas, performer and audience favorite. “The connections you make here—both on and off stage—are invaluable.”

Cut Through the Noise: Music Conference

The festival’s flagship conference program, Cut Through the Noise, returns to provide insight into the music ecosystem. Panels and keynotes will cover critical topics including regional music scene growth, cross-cultural festival programming, industry sustainability, and audience development. Participants will gain expert perspectives from moderators and speakers, fostering knowledge-sharing and networking crucial for navigating the global music industry. Of note, the All of the Noise 2026 festival is at the forefront of these discussions.

Panel topics this year include:

  • Curating Across Cultures: Programming festivals in Asia’s diverse markets

“These discussions are a bridge between creativity and strategy,” says Galang. “We want attendees to not just enjoy music but to understand the ecosystem that nurtures it and shapes its future.”

Documentary Screenings: Echoes of the Noise

Beyond live music, All of the Noise 2026 presents the Echoes of the Noise program, featuring local and international music documentaries that explore the intersections of music, culture, and social movements. Highlights include the international premiere of Elephant Gym: More Real Than Dreams by Alulu Kuo, chronicling the Taiwanese band’s journey before a world tour, with a post-screening talkback with the band’s Tell Chang. In summary, All of the Noise 2026 festival truly offers a multidimensional experience for attendees.

Other screenings include Nolan Bernardino’s Rosas: The Song. The Journey, a national election anthem of hope, and Frazier de Mesa’s This is Hannah+Gabi, exploring a beloved band’s creative process.

“Music documentaries add another layer to the festival,” notes Galang. “They contextualize the sound, the story, and the cultural impact—reminding us why music matters beyond entertainment.”

About The Rest Is Noise PH

Founded in 2015, TRIN is a Manila-based music curator, event producer, and online publication. It has presented more than thirty live music events, including the Summer Noise and All of the Noise festivals, spotlighting Asian and Filipino artists such as Japanese Breakfast, Phum Viphurit, Elephant Gym, Up Dharma Down, and Sandwich.
