Greaz has opened at The Food Court, bringing smash burgers, hot dogs, crispy chicken, milkshakes, and warm desserts to the resort’s dining lineup.
Located on the UG Floor of the Casino Coral Wing, Greaz is open daily from 11 AM to 5 AM, making it an option whether you’re looking for a quick meal or a late-night bite.
Smash Burgers Take the Spotlight
The menu’s biggest draw is its selection of smash burgers, including the Oklahoma OG, made with onion, cheddar cheese, Greaz Sauce, and pickles.
For something with more heat, there’s the Hell Boy, which combines pepperoni, Sriracha mayo, and jalapeño.
Chef de Cuisine Mattia Stroppa says the key to a good smash burger comes down to the basics, particularly getting that crispy crust just right. The process starts with choosing the right beef, followed by the right temperature and pressure when smashing the patty.
Hot dogs also get a Greaz makeover. The Chili comes loaded with chili con carne, cheese sauce, onion, and jalapeño, while the Hawaiian balances pineapple salsa with Sriracha mayo for a sweet, tangy, and spicy combination.
More Than Burgers
There’s plenty more to explore beyond the burgers and hot dogs.
Greaz serves crispy chicken, Loaded Fries, and NY Chicken Over Rice for those looking for something more filling. The menu also leans into classic American comfort food with generous portions and familiar flavors.
And, of course, no comfort-food meal is complete without dessert. Guests can cool down with thick milkshakes in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, or go for the warm Peanut Butter Hot Cookie served with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel.
