The organization recently received state auditors’ highest mark for its financial reporting transparency and integrity. This achievement reflects strong fiscal discipline and highlights the Fund’s record-breaking support for Filipino workers nationwide.
A Top-Tier Track Record in Governance
Pag-IBIG Fund just did it again! On Friday, July 31, officials announced that the Commission on Audit (COA) awarded the agency an unmodified opinion. Notably, this marks the 14th consecutive year the institution has earned this top rating. In a letter dated June 18, COA confirmed that Pag-IBIG’s financial statements through December 31, 2025, were presented fairly and transparently. Furthermore, this achievement builds on a long history of excellence. The agency earned unqualified ratings from 2012 to 2017 and unmodified opinions from 2018 onward.
Consequently, Pag-IBIG remains among an elite group of government entities with a decade-long record of fiscal discipline. Reflecting on this milestone, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Jose Ramon P. Aliling shared:
This latest recognition from COA affirms that Pag-IBIG Fund continues to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, prudence, and integrity in managing the hard-earned savings of Filipino workers,”
Aliling said.
It also shows that strong governance enables Pag-IBIG Fund to remain financially sound and responsive to the needs of its members, while supporting President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s directive to make homeownership more accessible to Filipino families through the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program, or Expanded 4PH.”
Record-Breaking Growth and Financial Impact
At the same time, this auditing success comes right on the heels of a banner year in 2025. Total assets reached an impressive P1.23 trillion, while member savings collections totaled P160.41 billion. Meanwhile, the agency actively channeled these resources back to the public. It released P140.54 billion in housing loans and P94.16 billion in short-term cash loans.
In addition to generating P65.28 billion in net income before MP2 returns, Pag-IBIG declared P64.34 billion in dividends for its members. Highlighting these numbers, CEO Marilene C. Acosta stated:

Ultimately, state auditors have given members total peace of mind, as CEO Acosta noted:
