Manila, are you ready!
For many artists, heartbreak inspires a song. For Singapore-based singer-songwriter and producer lullaboy, it became the foundation of an entire world.
If you have ever used music to get through a tough time, this upcoming event is going to speak straight to your soul.
A breakout regional star is returning to the Philippines to share a live experience that is all about turning raw heartbreak into genuine healing. Here’s what to expect from this highly anticipated tour.
Comforting the Inner Child
Singapore-based singer-songwriter and producer lullaboy has quietly become one of Southeast Asia’s most compelling independent artists, racking up over 200 million streams. Born in the United States, raised in Singapore, and of Indonesian-Chinese heritage, the Berklee College of Music graduate has performed on some of the region’s largest stages.

Yet, despite his massive success, his music remains deeply personal. He shares,
‘lullaboy’ comes from the words ‘lullaby’ and ‘boy,’ because writing songs was always a way for me to comfort my inner child,”
and adds,
Even today, I write songs about love, life, and everything in between, and I hope they can bring comfort to everybody’s inner child.”
Initially, this mission began after his very first heartbreak.
During that time, songwriting became a vital outlet when he felt completely alone. As he released more music, however, he realized his personal stories were helping others through their own difficult seasons.
He explains,
As I released more songs, people started sending me messages saying they helped them through difficult seasons, “
and notes,
That’s when I realized sharing my own stories could make a positive impact on other people’s lives. I don’t just make music for fun anymore—I do it because I feel like it’s my purpose.”
Finding Hope in the “Heartbreak Hotel”
This sense of purpose lies at the very core of his third studio album, Hotels & Heartbreaks.
Consequently, it serves as the foundation for his ongoing nine-city Asia tour. The concept grew from a personal realization on the road, where lullaboy found that professional success could not replace genuine connection.
He recalls,
I was staying in all these beautiful hotels while touring,“
and shares,
At the end of the day, I’d lie on my bed and ask myself, ‘What’s it all for?’ You can achieve your biggest dreams, but if you don’t have love or someone to share them with, it does not necessarily bring happiness.”
Therefore, he created this album to guide listeners through their own emotional healing. He believes every listener has a “heartbreak hotel” to walk through before finding peace. Ultimately, he declares,
This album is actually an album of hope.
A Warm Manila Homecoming
The Philippines holds a deeply special place in this emotional journey. In fact, it dates back to when lullaboy first visited the country doing mission work as a young worship leader.

He explains,
I remember telling myself that one day I would come back here as an artist, then last year, I finally did my first concert in Manila, and I was blown away by how much warmth there was from the people.
They sing really loud, they have beautiful voices.
I’ve been waiting for this moment.
I think the Lullafam knows how much I love the Philippines.”
Now, he is finally making his highly anticipated return to Manila on July 17, 2026, at the Teatrino Promenade.
This show is designed to be an immersive, therapeutic experience. Because of this, fans can leave behind their emotional baggage and “check out” with a renewed sense of hope. He wants his audience to remember that pain is temporary, reflecting,
Heartbreak isn’t the end.
lullaboy also reminds us,
It’s something we all need to go through because it teaches us what truly matters. If I can get through heartbreak, anybody can.”
Ultimately, lullaboy’s upcoming show is more than just a concert.
Instead, it is a warm, shared invitation to heal together. If you are ready to let go of your own emotional baggage and experience a night of deeply honest storytelling, make sure to secure your spot. You can learn more and get your tickets directly through the lullaboy Manila Tour Details.
Let’s welcome lullaboy back with the loudest Filipino voices possible!
