After nearly 20 years working abroad, Herbert Benzon came home to Manila with a mission—to reconnect Filipinos with their roots through fashion. The result? ULTRA streetwear Manila, a Filipino streetwear brand blending culture, identity, and everyday style.

ULTRA streetwear Manila: A Fashion Brand Born from the OFW Experience

As a former OFW, Benzon understands the ache of being away from home. ULTRA MNL was born out of that longing—for heritage, for belonging, for something tangible to remind global Filipinos of who they are. “I know how it feels to be far away. I created ULTRA MNL so Filipinos abroad can still feel connected. It’s a way to wear our culture and show our pride,” Benzon shares.

Launched in June 2024, ULTRA MNL fuses modern streetwear with Filipino storytelling. Each piece is a tribute to the streets, symbols, and soul of the Philippines.

Filipino Streetwear with a Purpose

The name says it all. “ULTRA” means beyond—and that’s exactly what the brand stands for: going beyond fashion to tell untold stories of Manila and Filipino culture.

While streetwear is still emerging in the local scene, ULTRA MNL is carving space for it—proving that style can be rooted in tradition and still feel fresh and global.

The first drop, The MANILA Collection, launches June 1 with 10 original shirt designs featuring iconic Metro Manila streets. It’s a love letter to the city—raw, real, and ready to wear.

Expanding the Filipino Fashion Story

ULTRA MNL isn’t stopping with shirts. In July, the brand will release caps and tote bags, followed by undergarments, fragrances, and more lifestyle essentials designed for modern Filipinos—whether they’re in Quezon City or Qatar.

As Benzon puts it, every piece is crafted to spark recognition and pride. Whether it’s a street name, a local symbol, or a familiar design, the goal is to help Filipinos feel seen—and stay connected.

Style That Sparks Connection

“These aren’t just clothes. They’re conversation starters. They help people connect—whether it’s with their own identity, with fellow Filipinos, or with new communities,” Benzon explains.

For him, Filipino fashion is more than fabric—it’s memory, emotion, and history. It’s how we tell the world: “This is who we are.”

Wearing Home, Wherever You Are

From the vibrant streets of Manila to the corners of the world where Filipinos thrive, ULTRA MNL is a brand that turns everyday fashion into cultural expression.

It’s Filipino streetwear, redefined—with heart, heritage, and hustle.
