Guess who’s leveling up your entire home vibe?
Sharp has been a staple in Filipino homes since 1982. During the challenging economic period of our country, the brand localized the manufacturing of blank and white televisions for Filipino households.
Then came washing machines, the reliable appliance for our mothers.
In 2018, Sharp became the first-ever electronics manufacturer to produce a local made smart television in the Philippines.
Fast forward to 2026, Sharp unveils the new lineup, as they are preparing to step into the future alongside local consumers.
Sharp into the future
Sharp Philippines just hosted a major event at Solaire Resort North to show us they are officially moving into a new era. They’ve actually retired their old “Be Original” slogan for a fresh mantra, In Step With Your Future.
The company’s big boss, Masahiro Akiyoshi, made it clear that they aren’t just building fancy tech for the sake of it; they genuinely want to make daily life easier, healthier, and way more comfortable.

It reflects our commitment to look beyond technology and focus on real life — to understand the challenges people are facing today and to offer solutions one step ahead of time. Sharp will continue to deliver products that make everyday life better,”
said Sharp Philippines President, Mr. Masahiro Akiyoshi.
To show everyone what they mean, they set up three experiential booths that basically took visitors on a journey from their classic, trusted appliances to mind-blowing future concept designs.
Customers should choose value, not just price. Because Sharp delivers value through health, comfort, energy savings, and enjoyment”
Mr. Akiyoshi added.
If you spend a lot of time gaming or watching movies, their updated TV lineup is pretty interesting.
They are celebrating the AQUOS TV’s 25th anniversary by dropping a massive 85-inch 4K Google TV this July, complete with a unique metal stand called “SUIREN” and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.
But the real standout is their premium AQUOS XLED, which is packed with a specialized AI processor, AI Karaoke, and a 144Hz refresh rate with FreeSync Premium for heavy gaming. Because you can’t have solid visuals without proper audio, they also introduced the CS-Series speakers.
Preserving the retro with modern functions
These units have a retro-vintage wooden look but come with modern features like Bluetooth, TWS pairing, and built-in Echo/Reverb functions. If you need something with more power for a larger room, their TS-2010P-BK tower speaker pushes out a significant 26,000W PMPO of deep bass.

Sharp also updated their practical household appliances to make chores a bit less tedious. They’ve rolled out new refrigerators with massive “Mega Freezers” and smart top-load washing machines featuring waterproof touch panels and direct drive motors that keep operation quiet.
Trusted for home wellness

Plus, to focus more on wellness, their new FX-S82 air purifier uses a compact design and smart AIoT tech to manage air quality in larger spaces.
Speaking of smart tech, their upcoming air conditioners are highly functional; they can drop down to a frosty 14°C—the lowest on the market—and use a “Super Jet Mode” to cool a room in just five minutes.
You can even control the whole system from an app, and the AC actually learns your daily routines to optimize energy efficiency.
You can check out the Sharp Philippines Official Website to look through the full updated collection.
