For Filipinos seeking affordable and diverse health supplements, Habit offers a promising new option. Exclusively available at Watsons, this homegrown line features 16 SKUs designed to help consumers build and sustain healthy habits, according to Angelo Carpena, Business Unit Director at Wellco Bioscience.

“We wanted to make health supplements truly accessible to Filipinos,” Carpena shared in a recent interview. “That’s why we developed Habit with affordability, quality, and daily usability in mind.”

Carpena highlights three key advantages that set Habit apart: value for money, variety, and a functional ingredientcalled Fibersol-2.

“If you compare Habit to other leading brands, it’s more affordable,” he said. “Plus, we offer a wide range of formulations to address different health concerns.”

Habit includes supplements that target immunity, digestion, bone health, sleep, skin health, and stress management. A standout ingredient across many products is Fibersol-2, a soluble dietary fiber that supports gut health and nutrient absorption.

Although Habit is manufactured in Taiwan, a known hub for Asian health supplements, the product line is conceptualized and formulated by Wellco’s Filipino team in collaboration with Watsons.

“Our Magnesium supplement is a bestseller, especially on TikTok,” Carpena noted. “It supports nerves, bones, mood, and sleep—perfect for people living fast-paced lives.”

Habit’s pricing starts at ₱349 for its Calcium supplement, which contains 45 tablets—a strategic move to make wellness more wallet-friendly.

Carpena, who personally uses the brand, swears by its impact.

“I’ve been taking our Magnesium regularly, and I’ve really seen an improvement in my mood and energy levels,” he shared.

While Habit aims to simplify wellness for more Filipinos, Carpena emphasizes the importance of professional guidance.
