A Menu of Memories at Azadore, Quezon City

Azadore in Quezon City serves up Spanish and international favorites with a soulful, home-style touch. Signature dishes like Paella Mixta, Paella Negra, Salpicao, Truffle Pasta, and the Grilled Tomahawk Pork Chop are crowd-pleasers for good reason—bold, familiar, and deeply satisfying.

The menu also nods to beloved heirloom dishes many Filipinos grew up with: Callos con Garbanzos, Lengua con Setas, tender roast beef, and crispy fried chicken with coleslaw. Each plate feels like a warm return to Sunday lunches at Lola’s, where the food was abundant and the laughter louder.

At the heart of it all is comfort—best embodied by their signature cochinillo. Available by the quarter for spontaneous cravings, or whole with advance notice, it’s the kind of centerpiece that turns any gathering into a celebration.

Azadore: A Restaurant Forged by Fire and Community

Azadore didn’t open overnight. Like any dish cooked over flame, it took time, care, and vision. At the heart of it is Chef Tatung Sarthou—renowned Filipino chef and author—whose blend of tradition and innovation shapes the restaurant’s soulful, flavor-forward menu.

Today, nearly 50 team members keep Azadore running—many of whom have been there since day one. Their dedication shows in every plate and every detail.

A Space That Feels Like Home

For the redesign, celebrity interior designer Ivy Almario struck a balance between heritage and modernity. She preserved the home’s original charm while layering in clean lines, warm textures, and inviting nooks.

The result? A space that’s both intimate and expansive. The Breezeway Terrace seats nearly 200 guests outdoors, while the main dining areas accommodate 113 inside—making Azadore one of the largest, most versatile dining spots in the Scout area.
