When The Lind Hotels first envisioned its hospitality journey over a decade ago, Coron served as the original inspiration and its very first land acquisition. However, the company pivoted toward the established shores of Boracay to launch its debut property, establishing a firm foundation for growth.
That strategic decision paid off significantly. The Lind Boracay earned international acclaim over the next decade, ultimately becoming Boracay’s first property featured in the MICHELIN Guide. Today, the homegrown brand is returning to its initial inspiration with the upcoming launch of The Lind Coron in 2027.

We have always believed in pioneering rather than following,” said Pierre Henrichs, Chief Operating Officer of The Lind Hotels.
Coron offers a rare combination of natural beauty and untapped potential. Our goal is not only to be part of its growth, but to help shape its future by bringing a new standard of hospitality to the destination.”
Thoughtfully Crafted Living Spaces
Framed by dramatic limestone formations, pristine turquoise lagoons, and abundant marine life, the retreat encourages guests to explore at their own pace. The property will feature ninety-one private rooms and villas tailored for intimate comfort.
For guests seeking privacy, individual villas will showcase personal dipping pools alongside dedicated Villa Host services.
Meanwhile, the culinary lineup introduces two key venues: Yím, a modern Thai restaurant, and Crust, an all-day Mediterranean eatery located in the Main House by the infinity pool.

Holistic Wellness and Aquatic Discovery
In addition to distinct dining options, the sanctuary introduces premier relaxation to Palawan through The Spa Wellness Coron. Recognized as the first spa brand in the Philippines to secure Superbrand status, the facility will offer award-winning, holistic care.
Adventure seekers can utilize an on-site dive center operated by industry pioneers. The center offers direct access to island-hopping excursions, vibrant coral reefs, and famous World War II shipwrecks situated directly offshore.
Spaces for Seamless Gatherings
The resort thoughtfully integrates functional event venues within the surrounding landscape. The Gallery provides indoor gathering space for up to two hundred guests with wide ocean views, while The Cove offers a dedicated outdoor setting. At the highest elevation, the Roof Deck provides 360-degree views of the sea and mountains, creating a distinct backdrop for weddings and milestones.
We aim to create a resort that belongs in its setting rather than competes with it,” Henrichs added.
We want guests to experience the beauty, authenticity and adventure of Coron while enjoying the hospitality and service they have come to associate with The Lind Hotels.”
The Journey Ahead
Ahead of its official 2027 debut, The Lind Hotels will participate in the Philippine Travel Mart from September 4 to 6, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center Manila in Pasay City.
The project completes a full circle for the brand, fulfilling a long-held vision of crafting memories in the destination where its story first began.
