The acclaimed folk-pop collective is back at it, transforming a fan favorite into a soaring anthem about emotional growth and resilience. Following “Lifetime (reimagined)”—which dominated the charts by hitting No. 1 on both the official Philippines chart and the Billboard Philippines Hot 100—Ben&Ben has released a vital new version of their 2023 hit, “Autumn (reimagined).”
The band didn’t just tweak the track; they gave it a complete sonic makeover. This new version elevates their signature “gold-hued” sound by layering in atmospheric textures and cinematic instrumentation. While the emotional weight of the original remains, the fuller arrangement makes the song feel even more expansive.
Paolo Benjamin explains that the band intentionally beefed up the production to create a specific vibe.

Choosing growth over longing
Beyond its alternative-leaning production, “Autumn (reimagined)” offers a mature, vulnerable perspective on longing. The band added new verses that shift the focus toward healing and the courage to prioritize oneself.
Paolo draws a clear distinction between their recent hits,
Kung yung Lifetime ay pagluksa sa pag-ibig na di naman nangyari, yung Autumn ay yung pagsubok umusad kahit mahirap,” Paolo shares.
A gift for the Liwanag community
Fans don’t have to go hunting for these tracks, as the new release comes in an audio bundle featuring both the original and reimagined versions of “Autumn” and “Lifetime.” Ben&Ben intentionally designed this EP-style project to immerse their fanbase, Liwanag, in a world of bittersweet reflection and yearning.
