Main Ingredient

  • 6 pcs. pork chops

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Season all pork chops with salt and pepper.

Pork Chop 3 Way Recipe: Kinamatisan Style

Set A: Ingredients

  • Oil, for searing

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 pcs. ripe tomato, chopped

  • 4 Tbsps. soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsps. calamansi juice

  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 cup chicken stock

  • 1 pc. green chili

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sear pork chops. Remove and set aside.

  2. In the same pan, sauté garlic and tomatoes until soft.

  3. Add soy sauce, calamansi juice, sugar, and black pepper. Let simmer.

  4. Return pork chops and pour in chicken stock. Simmer until pork is tender.

  5. Serve over rice. Add green chili to the remaining sauce and pour over pork.

Pork Chop 3 Way Recipe: Gravy Mushroom Style

Set B: Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsps. flour

  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper

  • Oil, for searing

  • 2 Tbsps. butter

  • 1/4 cup button mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 cup chicken stock

  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, oregano, salt, and pepper. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and sear dredged pork chops. Add butter as it browns.

  3. Add mushrooms and garlic. Pour in chicken stock and simmer.

  4. Add soy sauce and cook until sauce thickens.

  5. Serve pork chops on rice and spoon gravy over. Garnish with parsley.

Pork Chop 3 Way Recipe: Asian Barbecue Style

Set C: Ingredients

  • Oil, for searing

  • 2 Tbsps. soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsps. oyster sauce

  • 2 Tbsps. tomato ketchup

  • 3 Tbsps. sugar

  • 1 tsp. sesame oil

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Side vegetables: cabbage and bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Sear pork chops in a pan with oil. Remove and set aside.

  2. In the same pan, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper.

  3. Reduce sauce until thick and sticky. Return pork chops and simmer.

  4. Let pork rest. Serve sliced with rice and sautéed vegetables on the side. Pour sauce over.
