Sticky rice with shiitake mushrooms and Chinese sausages! This resto-quality rice recipe is so simpol and really delicious!

Serves 2 to 4.

INGREDIENTS:


Set A:

  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 cloves garlic 
  • 1 piece onion, minced
  • 2 pieces dried shiitake mushrooms, rehydrated and sliced into strips 
  • 1 cup diced pork
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 4 pieces Chinese sausages, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots or squash

Set B:

  • 1 cup regular rice
  • 1 cup glutinous rice
  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups water or chicken stock

Set C:

  • Fried peanuts
  • Sautéed mustard greens
