Set A: For Marinating the Chicken

  • 1 kg chicken bone-in, cut into serving pieces
  • 2 tbsp cane vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Set B: For Searing and Garlic Topping

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 12 cloves garlic whole

Set C: For the Sauce

  • Seared chicken from Set A & B
  • 1 can whole button mushrooms with brine
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Reserved chicken marinade
  • 1 cup mushroom brine or chicken stock

Set D: Final Seasoning and Finish

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  • Chopped parsley optional
  • Buttered vegetables for garnish (optional)
