Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole bangus milkfish, cleaned, sliced, and salted
  • 3 –4 red ripe tomatoes chopped
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 –2 pcs green chili optional
  • 2 –3 tsp sugar white, brown, or washed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or patis, if preferred
  • 1 –2 tbsp oyster sauce optional, for richer flavor
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
