Adobo sa Petsa de Peligro

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kilo pork cut into smaller pieces
  • 4 –5 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 pcs potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 3 –4 hard-boiled eggs peeled
  • 2 pcs bay leaves
  • 1 tsp whole black peppercorns
  • ½ tsp crushed peppercorns
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 –3 tsp sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 small can pineapple tidbits optional but recommended
  • 1 tsp Maggi Magic Sarap optional, for extra flavor
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water slurry, for thickening
  • 1 –2 tbsp cooking oil
