Set A (Aromatics and Base):

  • ½ onion minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ large tomato chopped
  • 1 small carrot sliced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Pinch of salt

Set B (Protein):

  • ¼ cup ground chicken

Set C (Soup and Seasoning):

  • 4 to 5 cups water
  • 1 pack miswa noodles
  • ½ small cabbage shredded
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning or fish sauce/salt, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce optional, for extra flavor
  • Black pepper to taste

Set D (Finishing):

  • 1 egg lightly beaten
