ALOHA PORK CHOP

INGREDIENTS:

Set A (brining):

• 4 pcs pork chops
• Salt
• 2 cups water

Set B (sauce mixture):

• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 1/2 tablespoon banana ketchup
• 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Set C:

• Cooking oil
• 1 piece onion
• 3 cloves garlic
• 2 pieces star anise
• 3 pieces laurel leaves
• Ginger
• Raisins
• 3 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 cup pineapple chunks
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 green bell pepper
• Black pepper
