French-style pancakes with a thin and delicate texture. Double the recipe and make a delightful crepe cake. Just spread your favorite filling in between the crepes.

INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 Tbsps. granulated sugar 1/8 tsp. salt

Set B:
1/4 cup Palm Oil 4 whole eggs
1 1/2 cups full cream milk

PROCEDURE:

A. In a bowl, sift together the Set A ingredients and mix everything.

B. Add the Set B ingredients and mix until well combined, then strain in another bowl. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat the crepe pan, and pour in 1/4 cup of the crepe batter. Swirl to make an evenly thin crepe.

C. Repeat with the remaining batter.
