This recipe says blueberry but the base is a blank canvas that you can personalize. Add other ingredients — sweet or savory — and make it your own.

INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup rolled oats

Set B:
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup palm oil
2 whole eggs
1 cup full cream milk
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Set C:
1 can blueberry compote or filling (595 grams)PROCEDURE:
A. Sift the Set A ingredients into a bowl and mix everything.

B. In another bowl, combine all Set B ingredients and mix until sugar is dissolved. Add in the Set A mixture and mix until just combined.

C. Gently stir in the blueberry compote to make a marble effect. Do not overmix. Then pour into the muffin pan lined with decorative paper cups, two-thirds full, then bake. To check doneness, insert a toothpick to check if it comes out clean.

Tip: Replace blueberries with chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, or even diced pieces of ham and cheese. Have fun with the recipe.
