This is the most delightful table bread made
with the simplest ingredients, but quite tricky
to perfect. Take time to master it.

INGREDIENTS:
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1 Tbsp. instant yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cups water
1 Tbsp. olive oil

PROCEDURE:

In a mixer with a hook attachment, combine all ingredients and mix until the mixture becomes a stretchy mass. Knead the dough on a flourdusted surface until it becomes smooth. Let it rest for 1 hour or, better yet, overnight in the chiller. Divide the dough into four rolls, then roll each dough on the edges until it becomes a long stick. Let it rise for 20 minutes and, using a blade, score the bread, and bake crust is light golden brown.
